from Syracuse, NY.------"Third-graders at Van Duyn Elementary School on the city's South Side are getting a lesson on Iraq by connecting with Iraqi children through art.

Our local students are making a 5-foot-by-12-inch foot canvass mural that includes art pieces created by Iraqi refugees living in Jordan. Read my colleague Sapna Kollali's story in today's Post-Standard."

Hey, Girl.....bulletin board

My classroom has the only adult bathroom on the second floor.  I hang up funny things on the wall for the enjoyment of my coworkers.  The latest entries have been from "Hey, Girl..."  I saw this one about bulletin boards, and knew that no one could appreciate it better than you.
